Welcome to WAMIDO. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WAMIDO, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility
WAMIDO services are available to individuals ages 14–21. Users under 18 should have parental awareness of their participation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
4. Community Guidelines
Users must:
- Be respectful to all family members
- Participate authentically and constructively
- Not share others' personal information
- Not spam, harass, or engage in harmful behavior
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Impersonate others
- Use WAMIDO for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
- Engage in commercial activities without permission
6. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant WAMIDO license to use your content for platform purposes (testimonials, success stories, with permission)
- WAMIDO owns all platform content, designs, and materials
7. Mentorship Lottery
Lottery selection is random using Random.org
Selection is final and non-appealable
Completing training does not guarantee selection
Non-selected members receive priority in future lotteries
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
9. Disclaimers
- WAMIDO services are provided "as is"
- We do not guarantee specific career outcomes
- Mentorship results depend on individual effort and circumstances
10. Limitation of Liability
WAMIDO is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages from platform use
- Actions or advice of mentors (mentors are independent professionals)
- Technical issues or service interruptions
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
